Movement of the Mind

This path gives the vampire the ability to move objects telekinetically through the mystic power of blood. At higher levels, even flight is possible. Objects under the character's control may be manipulated as if she held them - they may be lifted, spun, juggled or even 'thrown'.

A character may manipulate a number of objects equal to their Wits rating. To perform physical activities such as using a sword to attack, or throwing a rock, use the level of Movement of the Mind as Strength, and Wits as Dexterity.

A character can use this power to levitate or fly, providing they have the appropriate level of "Strength" to lift their own weight.

At this level, the vampire can lift up to 20kg (40 lbs).

Cost: One blood point per item being manipulated.

Dice Pool: Wits + Movement of the Mind.

Action: Immediate.

Roll Results

Botch: The vampire fails to move the intended item(s), and cannot use this discipline again for the remainder of the night. All blood spent is lost.

Fail: The vampire fails to move the intended item(s) and must wait until her next turn to try again.

Success: The vampire is able to move the item(s) desired, for a number of turns equal to the successes rolled.
