• Cause Sleep
The vampire may exhaust a victim to the point of sleep.
Cost: One blood point.
Dice Pool: Manipulation + Empathy.
Action: Immediate.
Roll Results
Botch: The vampire is unable to put her victim to sleep, and instead suffers a loss of one willpower point per level of botch. I.e -1 botch, -1 willpower; -2 botch, -2 willpower, etc. If this takes the vampire to 0 willpower, she will fall asleep for a minimum of 1 hour, at which point 1 willpower point is regained. Each subsequent hour of sleep gains an extra willpower point. The blood point spent is lost.
Failure: The vampire is unable to put her victim to sleep, and must wait until her next turn to attempt this again. The blood point spent is lost.
Success: The vampire drains one willpower point from the target per success. When this reaches 0, the target falls asleep for at least one hour - at which point 1 willpower point is regained. Each subsequent hour of sleep gains an extra willpower point.
•• Dreamscape
The vampire may project her own image into a dream, but has no control over the dream other than by her own actions within it. The vampire must know the true name of her target, in order to utilise this power.
Cost: One blood point.
Dice Pool: Perception + Empathy.
Action: Immediate.
Roll Results
Botch: The vampire is unable to enter the victim's dreams, and cannot attempt this again on the same target for a number of nights equal to the botch level. I.e -1 botch, 1 night; -2 botch, two nights, etc. The blood point spent is lost.
Failure: The vampire is unable to enter the victim's dreams, and must wait until her next turn to try again. The blood point spent is lost.
Success: The vampire successfully enters the victim's dream.
System
Whilst in another's dream, the vampire's own body is in a trance-like state. She is able to remain in the dream until the target awakens, or until dawn, at which point she'll return to her own body and fall asleep.
••• Mass Slumber
The vampire may now affect several victims with the power Cause Sleep. The number of victims affected can be equal to the vampire's Blood Potency rating.
Cost: Two blood points.

•••• Enchanted Slumber
Used on an already-slumbering victim, the vampire may name an event that must occur that will enable the victim to awaken. This can be used on a target who is sleeping naturally, or who was put to sleep with earlier levels of Morpheus.
Cost: Two blood points.
Dice Pool: Manipulation + Subterfuge.
Action: Immediate.

Botch: The vampire is unable to dictate terms of awakening, and cannot use this on the same target for a number of nights equal to the botch level. I.e -1 botch, 1 night; -2 botch, two nights, etc. All blood points spent are lost.
Failure: The vampire is unable to dictate terms of awakening, and must wait until her next turn to attempt this again. The blood points spent are lost.
Success System
With a single success, the vampire is able to nominate an event that must occur, to awake a target. If the event does not occur however, the victim will stay asleep for up to the following time periods:
One Success: One night.
Two Successes: One week.
Three Successes: Two weeks.
Four Successes: One month.
Five Successes: Six months.
Six Successes: One year.

Roll: Manipulation + Dreaming, difficulty 7
Resist: Manipulation + Dreaming, difficulty 7
The vampire may start changing the target’s dreams, once she has entered them by using Dreamscape. Once this power has been used, the target may also change her dreams with resistance rolls, and both characters may act in the dream as if they were awake. If either character dies in this dream, the character also dies for real.
