This is the art of conjuring flames. Possibly from Hell.

Note regarding all levels: These flames can only be used on a target within the range of 2 meters, unless the ashes are bundled together when thrown. Ie. In tissue, cloth, etc.

At this level, only a small flame is conjured.

Cost: None.

Dice Pool: [[Dexterity]] + [[Throwing]] - target's [[Dexterity]].

[[Action]]: Immediate.

[[Damage]]: At this level the flames only cause one point of [[aggravated]] [[damage]].

System

The ritual requires a quick verbal chant and a handful of ash acquired from something the caster has personally burned.

At this level, the flames are a bit larger and more intense.

Dice Pool: [[Dexterity]] + [[Throwing]] - target's [[Dexterity]].

[[Action]]: Immediate.

[[Damage]]: At this level the flames cause two points of [[aggravated]] [[damage]] the first round and one on the following round unless they are extinguished somehow.

System

The ritual requires a quick verbal chant and a handful of ash acquired from something of personal value that the caster has personally burned.

[[Damage]]: At this level the flames cause three points of [[aggravated]] [[damage]] the first round, two on the second, and one on the final round unless they are extinguished somehow.

Invoking this level of power carries some risk as the flames tend to have a mind of their own, spreading unpredictably at times ([[Storyteller]] discretion). The ritual requires a quick verbal chant and a handful of ash acquired from something cherished by another person that the caster has personally burned.

At this level, enough flames are created to completely engulf a person.

Cost: None.

Dice Pool: [[Dexterity]] + [[Throwing]] - target's [[Dexterity]].

[[Action]]: Immediate.

[[Damage]] Choice #1: At this level the flames cause four points of [[aggravated]] [[damage]] the first round, three on the second, two on the third, and one on the final round unless they are extinguished somehow.

[[Damage]] Choice #2: Alternatively, the caster can opt to target 2 targets, at two points of [[aggravated]] [[damage]] each, then one.

System

The risk of the flames spreading is increased at this level. The ritual requires a quick verbal chant and a handful of ash from a living creature that the caster has personally burned.

At this level, the flames have grown to the size of a large bonfire.

Cost: None.

Dice Pool: [[Dexterity]] + [[Throwing]] - target's [[Dexterity]].

[[Action]]: Immediate.

[[Damage]]: At this level the flames cause five points of [[aggravated]] [[damage]] the first round, four on the second, three on the third, two on the fourth, and one on the final round unless they are extinguished somehow.

Additional [[damage]]: Anything within a meter the target takes 2 points of [[aggravated]] [[damage]], then one, whether the caster wills it or not.

System

Channelling this amount of flame is risky, and the risk of the flames spreading is extreme, as is the chance of summoning something >else< from wherever the flames are summoned from. The ritual requires a quick verbal chant and a handful of ash from a person that the caster has personally burned.
